Fulfillment Policy
Merchandise Orders:
All merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled through our third-party fulfillment provider. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.
Event Tickets or Special Releases:
Tickets to events or early-access products (like special can releases) are digital and will be delivered via email. Please double-check your inbox (and spam folder) after purchase.
Please Note:
Ope! Brewing Co does not sell, distribute, or deliver beer or any other alcoholic beverage products by mail or through any shipping service. All alcohol purchases must be made in person at our taproom or through authorized local retailers where permitted by law.

Cancellation Policy
Orders for merchandise or event tickets may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already been processed or shipped.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order details.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available in the following situations:
Orders not received within 15 business days from shipment
Damaged or defective items (must be reported with photo proof within 7 days of delivery)
Event cancellations initiated by Ope! Brewing Co
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Customer errors (wrong address, incorrect size)
Late cancellations or missed events
Change of mind after the fulfillment process has begun
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
