At Ope! Brewing Co., we don't have a kitchen, but don't fret! We've got a stellar list of local food trucks on rotation that are here to fill your bellies every day that ends in "y." By not having a kitchen, we're able to be one of the most dog-friendly establishments in the Milwaukee-area. Don't believe us? We've been nominated by the people of MKE for the last 3 years running! Chucho's Red Tacos

Our go-to food truck is parked here every day, serving up authentic birria tacos and more. Think tender beef simmered in rich consomé, topped with fresh onions, cilantro, and lime. Open 7 days a week starting at 5pm Mon-Thur, and noon Fri-Sun. Pair it with one of our brews for the perfect bite; reliable, flavorful, and always ready when you are. K&L'S BBQ

Double Dubs

This standout food truck brings the best in traditional chicken wings, coated in award-winning sauces and dry rubs. Crispy, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. Mr. C's Grill & Sushi

What kind of beers do you offer?

We strive to provide delicious beer options for everyone and their Mom. We have a wide variety. We have a couple two three hard seltzers as well.

Can you fill my growler?

We avoid growlers to provide optimal product quality whether you enjoy your purchase today or in a few weeks. We fill can crowlers.  Keep our beer cold. 

Is your taproom dog friendly?

Yes, we are dog friendly indoors and out. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Mischievous pups or those prone to messes are best left at home, yah? Check out our official Pet Policy for more info.

Do you have N.A. (Non-Alcoholic) Beverages?

We have soda pop (Two Brothers products), Hop Water, NA Beer and CBD Beverages. West Allis also has some of the best tap water in the world, try it!

Will you show “The Big Game” on your TV’s?

We will tune in for Packers, Brewers, Bucks, Marquette, Badgers and major sports events (e.g, PGA Tour Majors, Superbowl, World Series, World Cup, etc.). Otherwise, our TV’s will only be on by request.

Can I bring outside food?

For a small fee outside food is allowed.  Reservations with BYO food needs to be approved prior. Otherwise please support our food truck partners!
